We want all students of The CONNECTIVITY CODE to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the digital nature of our training program and to protect our intellectual property, we maintain a strict 15-day refund policy with specific conditions that must be met for a refund to be granted.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, you must meet both of the following requirements: First, your request must be submitted within 15 days of your original purchase date. We cannot make exceptions to this timeframe for any reason. Second, you must not have accessed or viewed any of the course materials, including videos, PDFs, Docs or other downloadable content. Our system tracks course progress, and if our records show that any chapter or lesson has been opened - even briefly - we will be unable to issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet both eligibility requirements, you may submit a refund request by emailing our support team at support@theconnectivitycode.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Your email must include your full name, order number, and a statement confirming that you have not accessed any course materials. Our team will verify your account activity and typically respond within 3-5 business days.

Processing Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Upon refund approval, your access to The CONNECTIVITY CODE will be immediately revoked.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot grant refunds under several circumstances: If our system shows you accessed any course content, if your request comes after the 15-day window, or if you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider instead of following our refund process. We also cannot refund payments made through third-party vendors or resellers.

Our Policy Rationale

This strict policy exists for two important reasons. First, as a digital product, the course cannot be "returned" once consumed. Second, it protects our business from those who might purchase, download materials, and then request a refund. We believe this policy strikes the right balance between customer satisfaction and protecting our intellectual property.
